Consignment Guidelines and Policies
Consignment Drop-Off Hours 11:00am-6:00pm Monday-Saturday
Drop-Off Guidelines
Drop-offs are limited to one 18-gallon tote per person per visit. Exceptions may be made for large toys or equipment with prior approval.
To keep our no-appointment drop-off policy, all items must be prepped and photo ready: freshly laundered (unscented), laid flat (not folded), buttoned/zipped/snapped, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, excessive wear, or wrinkles. Items are presorted on a first-come basis; Unaccepted items must be picked up the same day, unless pre-arranged or pre-sort schedule does not allow.
Preparing Your Items
Clothing: Freshly laundered (unscented), laid flat, wrinkle-free, and in excellent condition (no smells, stains, holes, pilling, or excessive wear). All snaps, zippers, and buttons must be fastened. We do not accept dated/personalized items, big box store brands, or fast fashion (China, Shein, Temu, etc. — all clothing must have a readable RN#). Shoes must be like-new, clean, no dirt on bottoms, and complete with laces. We cannot accept used undergarments (new with tags may be accepted). Please do not bring hangers.
Toys, Equipment & Furniture: Must be clean, sanitized, complete, and in working condition (with batteries if required or battery fee will be charged). Fabric seats should be freshly washed. Items with multiple pieces must be sorted and bagged. A cleaning or battery fee may apply if needed.

Consignment Process
At drop-off, you’ll sign in and agree to current policies. Items not suitable for resale will be returned or donated. If additional damage is found after intake, they may be donated at Pipsqueaks discretion.
After the Consignment Period
When dropping off, you’ll choose whether unsold items are picked up or donated. If you choose pickup, you’ll receive a date range to call and request your items be prepared for pick-up. At that time you will be given 24-48 hours to pick up those items. Items not claimed by the end of consignment automatically become store property and may be discounted, donated, or sold at Pipsqueak’s discretion.
Account Policies
Cash balances not redeemed within 6 months convert to store credit. Dormant accounts (1+ year) incur a $2/month fee. All items are subject to a $0.30/item tagging/processing fee and $0.50/item pickup fee. Off-season items may be purchased outright at 20% of sale price. Items not meeting standards may be donated after pre-sort at the discretion of Pipsqueak staff. Pipsqueak Resale Boutique is not responsible for loss or damage (including fire, theft, or natural disasters).
Cash Accounts: Check requests must be made through out online form; checks are not available for in-store pickup. A valid email is required. Payouts are only issued for balances of $10 or more at the end of the consignment period. Choosing the check payout option means items are available on the sales floor for 2 months.
Store Credit Accounts: Store credit option allow items to remain on the sales floor for 4 months.
